How can I get updated about our events, promotions and news?

Do I have to set up an account to shop at your site?

Nope, it is not necessary but it would be easier for your next visit if you do! Otherwise, simply enter your shipping and billing details as a guest, and supply us with a valid email address for us to send you an order receipt confirmation email.

How do I pay?

We currently accept payments via PayPal which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Discovery.

What about deliveries?

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to our local delivery partner within 3 working days. Our local delivery partner shall deliver the item(s) to the address specified in the order.

Local SG Normal Mail -  3 to 7 business days

Local SG Registered Mail - 2 to 5 business days

International orders - 7 to 21 business days

RATHERECKLESS will not be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched.

How long does the shopping cart hold on to the item(s) before we proceed to check out?

Your items are only secured upon check out.

How can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. Goods once purchased are non-refundable unless incorrect or defective.
